 ACG participates in the USA Gymnastics (USAG) Junior Olympic program for women.

 The USAG program consists of three main segments:  

USAG Xcel Levels Bronze and Silver, compete in local and state competitions and train year-round.  

USAG Xcel Gold, Platinum, and Diamond compete in local, state and regional competitions and train year-round.  

USAG Compulsory Levels 2-5 compete in local and state competitions and train year-round.  

USAG Optional Levels 6-10 compete in local, state, regional and national competitions and train year-round.  

Competitive opportunities include up to State Championships for Levels 2-7.  Level 8 competitions extend to Regional Championships, while Levels 9 and 10 include both Regional Championships and Eastern National Championship competitions.  

Membership at team levels is by invitation only.
