Mission Statement

The mission of Atlantic Coast Gymnastics (ACG) is to introduce youth to the unique mind and body benefits of gymnastics.  ACG believes that gymnastics builds confidence, poise, mental and physical discipline, determination, teamwork and self-confidence. Since opening in 1986, ACG has produced more than 100 national qualifiers and helped 25 girls secure full or partial college scholarships.  ACG offers pre-school and recreational gymnastics classes for girls and boys and competitive women’s gymnastics (USAG and Xcel), gymnastics for girls, levels 2-10 and Xcel Bronze-Platinum.  We also offer summer camps, host clinics, and other special events.
